These terms apply when you enquire about or book an electric jet board session with Riptide in Phuket. They are written for guests in plain language. They are not a substitute for local law or a full commercial contract. For how we handle personal data, see our privacy policy.
The coached session
We provide coached surface electric jet board sessions in Phuket. Board under your feet, coach in the water for the session type you book. This is not an eFoil product and not a jet ski seat product. Session length, beach pin, and inclusions are confirmed on WhatsApp before you ride. Product detail lives on how the board works; package lanes live on electric jet board sessions.
Booking and price
Bookings are made by WhatsApp message via book electric jet board Phuket. A slot is held only when we confirm it in writing in the chat. Price is confirmed on that same thread. We do not invent fixed THB rates on static pages when quotes still depend on package, group size, and sea window.
Fitness and ability
You must be able to swim in open water and follow coach instructions. Kids sessions require age and swim rules we confirm before the ride. We may refuse a session if sea state or guest readiness makes it unsafe.
Sea and weather
Water sports depend on sea state, wind, and local rules. If we cancel for safety, we offer a new time or a refund of amounts paid for that session, as agreed in WhatsApp. We do not promise every daylight window or a fixed beach every day. Beach options are listed on the Phuket beaches map; the meet pin for your booking is set on the thread after hold.
Risk and responsibility
Electric jet boarding involves balance, speed, and falling in water. You accept that risk when you ride. Follow the brief, wear the equipment we issue, and stay in the zone your coach sets. You are responsible for personal belongings on the beach.
Cancellations
Guest cancellation windows and any deposit rules are confirmed in your WhatsApp booking thread. If you no-show without notice, the slot may be forfeited according to that confirmation.
Session media
Optional aerial or session video is available when operations allow. Delivery timing depends on weather and logistics. We do not promise a film on every ride.

Site copy describes the coached surface jet board product and how booking works. Session length, beach pin, package inclusions, and price are final only when confirmed in your WhatsApp thread.
